How can I place an order?
Simply browse our website, add your desired items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. Enter your shipping details and select a payment method to complete your order.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard delivery times within Sri Lanka vary between 4 to 7 days, depending on your location and order volume. You will receive an estimated delivery time at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
No, we currently only deliver within Sri Lanka.
How can I track my order?
You can track your order using the Courier WayBill ID provided by us once your order has been dispatched.
What is your return policy?
Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery or in-store purchase, provided they are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached. Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable. Refunds are only applicable for purchases made via Koko and Mint Pay.
How do I initiate a return or exchange?
To start a return or exchange, contact our customer support team at peachezlk@gmail.com or call 076 999 8136 with your order details. Then, securely pack the item in its original packaging along with the receipt and ship it to the address provided by our customer service team or return it in-store.
Do you offer free returns?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), Direct Bank Transfers, Koko, and Mint Pay. Payments made via Mint Pay and Koko are processed immediately upon order confirmation.
